You can enjoy therapy in a number of ways

You can have therapy with me both online and face-to-face. It is up to you.

You might also find that a mixture of the two helps accommodate your needs and changing circumstances, particularly if you are undergoing medical treatment or dealing with a serious illness.

Therapy online

You can have therapy online from the comfort of your own home using video meeting services such as; Zoom, Skype, Google Meet, and Facetime.

You will need a private, comfortable space where you won’t be distracted or disturbed. Also a good internet connection.

It is also possible to have sessions by telephone, although it is generally preferable for us to be able to see one another, at least for the first session.

Therapy face-to-face

You can have therapy from my private consulting rooms in Hunter’s Bar (Sheffield S11) or at Sheffield Wellness Centre in Nether Edge (Sheffield S7), where I am an Associate Therapist. These are safe and comfortable spaces in which to meet, and there is good on-street parking at both locations.
