Kate Oliver has been working as a Chartered Psychologist and Executive Coach for nearly 30 years. She runs her own consulting business and has worked with thousands of leaders, in many leading UK and global organisations, helping them develop both themselves and their teams. Kate is also a volunteer interview coach and stylist with SmartWorks, supporting unemployed women get back into work.

Toby Oliver registered Therapist, grief counsellor, and teacher of trauma-informed yoga & meditation.. He works with groups in hospitals, hospices, charities and corporate organisations as well as supporting individual clients in private practice. He specialises in helping adults and young people deal better with anxiety, serious or life-limiting illness, and to cope with grief or loss. Toby is proud to be a Stonewall School Role Model and gives regular talks in schools and colleges across the UK.
